The Oppenheim Lofts are located in a modern villa in the very best location in Oppenheim, high above the old town.
The location is central and yet very quiet. Each loft has its own terrace in the green to relax and unwind.
We furnished the lofts in a mix of Scandinavian and South African styles: modern and cozy, straightforward and relaxing.
You can walk to the market square with its restaurants and cafés in a few minutes. Sights such as the Katharinenkirche,
the incomparable cellars, the castle ruins Landskrone or the famous vineyards of Oppenheimer Krötenbrunnen, Herrenberg and Sackträger
are practically around the corner. Well-known bike routes and hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity.
The Rhine beach with bathing facilities, a good restaurant and a high quality of lingering is only approx. 1 km away.
You can safely deposit your bicycles in our garage. Children are very welcome.

Residential parking only applies to the entire old town of Oppenheim.
Free and paid public parking spaces are approx. 150m away. Of course, you can stop in front of our property for relaxed loading and unloading.
Sustainability is important to us! We use 100% green electricity, heating and hot water are heated with wood pellets.
We use detergents and cleaning agents from Ecover and Frosch to protect the environment and, where possible, avoid plastic bags.
Due to the current corona rules, we are forced to use disinfectants. We handle them very responsibly to protect the health of our guests and ask for your understanding.
Our gardens are cared for with a lot of love and without the use of pesticides. We improve our soils with self-produced compost.
When choosing new plantings, we make sure that they are valuable for insects.
We look forward to the hustle and bustle in our insect hotel as well as the numerous nest boxes and feeding places for wild birds.
Our lofts are exclusively non-smoking apartments. Ashtrays are available for smokers on the terraces belonging to the lofts.
Should you still smoke in our rooms, we will charge € 200.
Pets are not allowed in our lofts. We ask you to respect this also with regard to the following guests with a possible animal hair allergy.
Our lofts cannot be used for parties. Please show consideration for our neighbors and other guests.
